Hello!
I am Kasia Minasowicz and I am freelance illustrator based in Warsaw, Poland. I specialize in hand drawn, minimalistic illustrations. Although my works are made mostly for children, I am not afraid of projects for grown-ups. My latest illustrated book, a new version of the iconic Maria Konopnicka’s book was nominated to the Polish Section of IBBY Graphic Award 2022 it was put on the Treasure List of the Museum of Children’s Book .
I graduated from Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology (MSc 2006) and the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (MA 2008.) I've spent several years in the field of graphic design running Para-buch studio, focused on visual identification, publications and packaging design. I am also proud recipient of the Ministry of Culture National Heritage art scholarship and Scholarship of the Mayor of the City of Wrocław.
